PArC IN EXPO GATE: THE FOOD MARKET FROM FARM TO FORK

The December at Expo Gate – project curated by Caroline Corbetta – is dedicated to the celebration of the holiday season between traditions and new habits.

From December 22nd the spotlight is on food, official theme of Expo 2015, focusing on the relationship between city and country in Milan. Expo Gate hosts the initiative “Parc@Expo Gate” at the Spazio Garibaldi  till January 6th.

Every day from 12am to 7pm a Cooking Market awaits you with seasonal products as well as jams, compotes, honey beekeeping from Parco Agricolo Sud Milano, flour, some dairy products , the inevitable rice in his best-known varieties  “Carnaroli 2014″ and the saffron made in Milan! Do not miss the Panettone made with flour obtained from bio wheat grown nearby Milan.
